Howard Quillen - Vice President Member # 600

Dr. Quillen was born and raised in Berlin, Maryland. He has been involved with AMSA his entire life and a member since 2003. He was appointed Vice president in 2008 after serving in the board room as a director and associate director. For the past three years Dr. Quillen has also served as a delegate and treasurer for United Mobile Sportfisherman.

Dr. Quillen has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, a Masters Degree in Hospital Administration and a Ph.D. in Theology.
